Era Infra Engineering Limited received an award for the second fastest growing construction Company (Large Category) in India at the 7th Annual Construction World Awards organized by ASAPP Media. The ranking for these awards was as per the Construction World Annual 2009 study.

The award was received by Mr. J.L.Khushu, Director, EPC & International Division on behalf of Era Infra at a glittering function organized at ITC Grand central, Parel in Mumbai on 8th October 2009.

Era Infra Engineering has been awarded the Golden Peacock Award for National Training Award at the 9th International Conference on the 18th of September, 2008, for Corporate Governance, in London.

The Golden Peacock National Training Award identifies excellence in traning practices and relates effective training with improved business and individual performance by providing role models in all sectors of Indian Corporate life. It is the most prestigious and valuable recognition award for an organization in the field of training. The award helps organizations benchmark against the best practices and set new standards of training excellence, a measure that holds key to business leadership in the 21st Century.

The award was received by Mr. Joy Saxena, Group CFO, Era Group, Dr. Ola Ulsten, Former Prime Minister of Sweden and Chairman of the World Council of Corporate Governance conferred the award to the company.

Besides, Dr. Ulsten, the other members present on the occasion were Mr. Bhave, Chairman SEBI, Baroness (Ms) Flather, Member House of Lords, UK and Mr. Madhav Mehra, President, the World Council of Corporate Governance. The function was also attended by dignitaries from the European Countries.
