Job Description	Prepare Monthly Client bill and ensure it is submitted to client on 1st of every month. Measurement for work executed as per drawing as well as actual at site on daily basis to keep track of work being executed at site. Prepare monthly and overall program based on available scope of work. Keep a track of hindrances caused by inadequate front, drawings and works by other agencies appointed by client/consultants and provide documentary support to PI/ Project Coordinator to enable them to bring such incidents to client’s knowledge. Verify Petty Contractors and material supplier’s bills for quantity claimed by them and crosscheck it against quantity claimable in contract. Any variation between these quantities should be brought to the notice of PI/ Project Coordinator. Verify material reconciliation statement and prepare variance report on difference exceeding permissible limits. Verify and approve records of Petty Contracts for balance work, left out work etc. and recommend appropriate Part Rate for the item. Follow up and ensure proper work records like Pour Card etc. are maintained by supervising staff for all ongoing works. Rate analysis for extra items for client/PC.
